摘　　要：非洲猪瘟是由非洲猪瘟病毒引起的一种急性出血性猪传染病,自2018年传入我国以来,使我国生猪养殖业规模急剧减少,并对社会经济造成了巨大影响。由于非洲猪瘟病毒过于复杂,使疫病防治成为难点,目前尚无有效防控疫苗及治疗药物,其中由E183L基因编码的p54蛋白参与病毒组装、诱导细胞凋亡及中和抗体等过程,并且是血清学检测诊断技术与疫苗免疫研究方面的重要靶点之一,此外,p54基因型可作为辅助指标,对追踪病毒演变过程有着重要意义。因此,通过分析p54蛋白在非洲猪瘟病毒感染过程中的作用,为阐明非洲猪瘟病毒致病机制、探索非洲猪瘟疫病防控方法及疫苗研发等方面提供参考。African Swine Fever is an acute hemorrhagic swine infectious disease caused by African swine fever virus.Since the spread into China in 2018,it has dramatically reduced the scale of pig breeding industry and caused a huge impact on social economy.Due to the complexity of ASFV,it is difficult to prevent and control the disease without effective vaccine and therapeutic drug,among them,p54 protein encoded by E183L gene is involved in the process of virus assembly,induction of apoptosis and neutralizing antibodies.It is an important target of serological detection and diagnosis technology and vaccine immunity research,which can be used as an auxiliary index with great significance for tracing the evolution of virus.Therefore,this paper analyzes the role of p54 in the process of ASF infection,which will provide a vital reference for elucidating the pathogenic mechanism of ASFV,exploring the prevention and control methods with vaccines.
