摘 要:长爪沙鼠具有独特的生理学、解剖学和行为学特性,近年来已在医学和生物学等领域得到广泛研究和应用。作为一种多功能实验动物,长爪沙鼠可用于建立多种良好的寄生虫感染模型。随着基因组序列的公布,长爪沙鼠及其寄生虫感染模型的组学研究已经取得了明显进步。基于长爪沙鼠及寄生虫感染模型组学的研究资料,从基因组、线粒体基因组、转录组、蛋白质组等角度对其功能基因、免疫响应及差异表达进行综述,以期为该物种在分子水平上的深入研究和寄生虫疾病的防控提供参考。Mongolian gerbil has been widely studied and applied in many fields including medicine and biology owing to its unique physiological,anatomical and behavioral characteristics in recent years.As a multifunctional laboratory animal derived from China,Mongolian gerbil can be used to establish good infection models for a variety of parasites.With the publication of genome sequences,the research on omics of Mongolian gerbil and its parasite infection models has made tremendous strides.This paper,based on the information about the research on omics of Mongolian gerbil and its parasitic infection models in recent years,expounds the research progress on their functional genes,immune response and differentially expressed genes from the perspectives of genome,mitochondrial genome,transcriptome and proteome,in order to provide reference for in-depth study of this species at the molecular level and the prevention and control of parasitic diseases.
