摘　　要：猪流行性腹泻(PED)为当前养猪业临床上多发传染病之一,给养猪业造成重大的经济损失。为深入了解PED的发展趋势和应对措施,论文从PED的流行情况、临床表现、病毒的遗传变异、防控难点、疫苗免疫及综合防控措施等方面进行了综述,为PED的防控提供较为全面的理论依据。Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)is one of the most common infectious diseases in clinical practice,which has been causing great economic loss to pig industry.In order to deeply realize the growing trend and solutions of PED,this paper reviewed the epidemic situation,clinical manifestations,genetic variation of virus,difficulties in precaution,vaccine,and integrated prevention and control measures,providing a relatively comprehensive theoretical basis for the prevention and control of PED.
