摘　　要：为对富平县某奶山羊场患坏疽性乳房炎病羊进行诊治,采集患羊乳汁样品进行细菌分离鉴定,并对分离菌株进行毒力基因检测、小鼠致病性试验和药敏试验。对采集自4只患羊的4份乳房炎乳汁样品进行细菌分离培养,通过染色镜检、生化鉴定和测序鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌。分离菌株携带溶血素基因hla、hlb和杀白细胞毒素基因lukS、lukF,对小鼠具有较强致病性。纸片扩散法药敏试验结果表明,分离菌株均对头孢噻呋钠、链霉素、恩诺沙星等多种药物敏感,对氨苄西林、大观霉素等耐药。推荐使用双氧水进行乳房灌注清洗,并灌注恩诺沙星进行局部治疗,严重者再配合全身治疗,患羊预后良好。病例最终确诊该场坏疽性乳房炎为金黄色葡萄球菌感染所致,为相关疾病诊治提供参考。In order to diagnose and treat goats with gangrenous mastitis in a dairy goat farm in Fuping county,the milk samples of the affected goats were collected for bacterial isolation and identification,and the isolated strains were tested for virulence genes,pathogenicity and antimicrobial susceptibility.Single Staphylococcus aureus was successfully isolated from all the four samples through bacterial isolation,staining,microscopy,biochemical identification and sequencing.All of the four isolated strains carry hemolysin gene hla,hlb and leukocidal toxin gene lukS,lukF,which are highly pathogenic to mice.The result of drug susceptibility test by disc diffusion method showed that the four isolates were all sensitive to ceftiofur sodium,streptomycin,enrofloxacin et al,and resistant to ampicillin,spectinomycin et al.It is recommended to use hydrogen peroxide for breast perfusion cleaning and perfuse enrofloxacin for local treatment,and combined with systemic treatment in severe cases,then the prognosis of the goats is good.In this case,it was finally diagnosed that the gangrenous mastitis was caused by Staphylococcus aureus infection,which provided a reference for the diagnosis and treatment for related diseases.
