老年冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后不良心血管事件发生情况及其相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:随访调查老年冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后,不良心血管事件(MACE)发生情况,并分析相关危险因素.方法:选取2017年5月至2020年5月在本院行PCI术的500例老年冠心病患者为研究对象.对其随访12个月,观察MACE的发生情况.采用多因素非条件Logistic回归分析法,对影响MACE发生的相关危险因素进行分析.结果:对500例行PCI术的老年冠心病患者进行随访发现,共有95例(19.00%)发生MACE.对MACE相关危险因素的Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄>65岁、有吸烟史、有原发性高血压病史、有外周血管病变以及冠脉病变支数≥3支,均是影响老年冠心病患者PCI术后发生MACE的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论:年龄、吸烟史、原发性高血压病史、外周血管病变及冠脉病变支数≥3支,均是老年冠心病患者PCI术后发生MACE的独立危险因素.Objective:To follow up and investigate the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and to analyze the related risk factors.Methods:A total of 500 elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI in the hospital were enrolled between May 2017 and May 2020.All were followed up for 12 months to observe the occurrence of MACE.And multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis was conducted.Results:In the 500 elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,follow-up results showed that there were 95 cases(19.00%)with MACE.Logistic regression analysis showed that age>65 years,smoking history,hypertension history,peripheral vascular disease and number of coronary lesions≥3 were independent risk factors of MACE in elderly coronary heart disease patients after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,smoking history,hypertension history,peripheral vascular disease and number of coronary lesions≥3 are independent risk factors of MACE in elderly coronary heart disease patients after PCI.
