体医融合背景下高校武术课教学改革研究

摘　　要：本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调研法等,从国家战略和大学生健康意识两个角度分析了体育和医疗融合下我国高等院校武术课教学模式改革的必要性。从拓宽武术课教学目标强化健康意识、实施运动处方的教学方法、完善武术课教学综合评价三个方面提出当前我国高等院校武术课教学改革的路径,并论述了体育和医疗相结合在高校武术课教学中可预见的良好效果。Through literature review,expert interview and field research,this paper analyzes the necessity of the reform of teaching mode of Chinese universities'wushu(martial arts)class under the integration of sports and medical treatment from the perspectives of national strategy and college students'insufficient health consciousness.This paper puts forward the current approaches to the reform of wushu course teaching in Chinese universities from three aspects:expanding the teaching objective of wushu course,strengthening health consciousness,implementing the methods of sports prescription,and improving the comprehensive evaluation of wushu course teaching.This paper discusses the foreseeable good effect of the combination of physical education and medical treatment in college wushu teaching.
