摘　　要：目的:探讨栓塞微粒球(Embosphere)联合聚乙烯醇(PVA)颗粒被应用在支气管动脉栓塞术治疗咯血中的效果。方法:选择2021年2月~2022年2月信丰县人民医院收治的因咯血且行支气管动脉栓塞术治疗的患者60例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为三组,按照栓塞材料的不同分为Em组、PVA组及EP组。通过观察三组患者的临床效果、并发症发生率、咯血复发等相关指标,观察Embosphere联合PVA在咯血中的临床价值。结果:经治疗后Em组患者临床总有效率为55.00%,PVA组患者临床总有效率为75.00%,EP组患者临床总有效率为95.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后Em组患者总并发症发生率为50.00%,PVA组患者总并发症发生率为40.00%,EP组患者总并发症发生率为10.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后Em组患者总复发率为55.00%,PVA组患者总复发率为40.00%,EP组患者总复发率为10.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用Embosphere联合PVA颗粒在支气管动脉栓塞术治疗咯血近中期疗效显著,并发症发生率低,复发率低,提高患者医疗安全。Objective To investigate the effect of Embosphere combined with PVA particles in bronchial artery embolization in the treatment of hemoptysis.Method A total of 60 patients who underwent bronchial artery embolization due to hemoptysis in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into 3 groups according to the random number table method.The patients were divided into Em group,PVA group and EP group according to the different embolic materials.The clinical value of Embosphere combined with PVA in hemoptysis was observed by observing the clinical effect,complication rate,recurrence of hemoptysis and other related indicators of the three groups of patients.Results The total clinical effective rate was 55.00%in the Em group after treatment,75.00%in the PVA group after treatment,and 95.00%in the EP group after treatment(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications after treatment was 50.00%in the Em group,40.00%in the PVA group,and 10.00%in the EP group after treatment(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate was 55.00%in the Em group after treatment,40.00%in the PVA group after treatment,and 10.00%in the EP group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Embosphere combined with PVA granules in the treatment of hemoptysis in bronchial artery embolization has significant short-term and mid-term efficacy,low complication rate,low recurrence rate,and improved medical safety and medical treatment for patients.
