多系统整合模式在某医院图书馆文献资源管理中的探索

摘　　要：本文从医院图书馆文献资源管理系统现状入手,分析其中存在的问题,提出医院图书馆文献资源系统化管理模式,即以科学化、精细化管理为目标,制定相应工作制度及规范化工作流程,并在文献资源管理系统和资产管理系统之间建立关联完成系统整合,日常管理中做好盘点工作以保证数据一致性。建立多系统整合模式,进行实践化探索,尤其是对医院图书馆的图书、期刊等资产的采购、入账、盘点与处置等工作进行细化及流程化。系统性管理模式对图书馆文献资源管理具有可操作性、提升管理规范性,值得进一步推广。This paper starts with the current situation of the literature resource management system of hospital library,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the systematic management mode of the literature resources of hospital library,that is,with the goal of scientific and refined management librarians need to formulate the corresponding work system and standardized work flow,establish the correlation between the literature resource management system and the asset management system to complete the system integration and take inventory in daily management to ensure data consistency.A multi-system integration model is established to conduct practical exploration,especially refine and streamline the procurement,ledger entry,inventory and disposal of books,periodicals and other assets of the hospital library.The systematic management mode is operable for the management of library literature resources,and it is worth further promoting.
