肿瘤随访系统在食管癌和肺癌随访中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析肿瘤随访管理系统在随访中的效果,以促进其在随访工作的广泛应用。方法2012年1月1日-2016年12月31日分别通过信函、电话及随访管理系统3种随访方式对某院食管癌和肺癌的20941名患者进行随访,描述相应的随访完成率和有效率,并用卡方检验比较其差异。结果2015-2016年通过随访管理系统进行食管癌患者随访的完成率和有效率分别为100%和92.2%,高于2012年的信函随访的56.8%和53.3%及2013-2014年的电话随访的70.6%和69.2%,对肺癌患者随访的完成率和有效率分别为100%和93.0%,高于信函随访的52.9%和52.1%及电话随访的73.9%和70.4%。结论利用肿瘤随访系统能显著提升随访效率,应广泛推广并不断完善,促进随访工作更好地开展。Objectives To explore the role of tumor follow-up system in improving follow-up efficiency,so as to promote its wide application in follow-up work.Methods From January 1st,2012 to December 31st,2016,20,941 patients with esophageal cancer and lung cancer in a hospital were followed up through three follow-up methods:letter,telephone and follow-up management system.The corresponding follow-up completion rates and effective rates were described,and the differences were compared withχ2 test.Results The completion rate and effective rate of follow-up for esophageal cancer patients through the follow-up management system were 100%and 92.2%,which were higher than 56.8%and 53.3%of patients followed up by letter and 70.6%and 69.2%of patients followed up by telephone.The completion rate and effective rate of patients with lung cancer were 100%and 93.0%which were higher than 52.9%and 52.1%of patients followed up by letter and 73.9%and 70.4%of patients followed up by telephone.Conclusions The application of tumor follow-up system could significantly improve the follow-up efficiency,so it should be widely promoted and constantly improved to make follow-up work better.
