摘　　要：介绍一种固定监测与移动监测相结合的地面数字电视监测系统,通过对地面数字电视播出质量、覆盖情况和发射机运行数据的智慧化分析,实现对辖区地面数字电视安全播出的智慧监管和智能调度,切实保障及时、高效的安全播出管理。This article introduces a ground digital television monitoring system that combines fixed monitoring and mobile monitoring.By intelligently analyzing the quality,coverage,and transmitter operation data of ground digital television broadcasting,it achieves intelligent supervision and scheduling of ground digital television safe broadcasting in its jurisdiction,effectively ensuring timely and efficient safe broadcasting management.
