摘 要:介绍机械压路机电控换挡的控制逻辑,对电控换挡的软硬件系统进行智能检测以使系统全过程参数可视化。通过机械压路机智能控制器采集电控手柄信号,确认机械压路机驾驶员的操作意图,并转换为变速器各离合器充油逻辑,然后,根据充油逻辑控制比例阀改变机械压路机变速器各个挡位离合器油腔的充油状态,从而完成机械压路机的换挡控制。同时,取消主离合器,减轻操作人员的操作强度,在系统出现异常时,显示器上还可以调出手柄信号和各个挡位离合器油腔内的温度和电流数据,协助维修人员在机器故障时进行故障排查。The control logic of electronically-controlled gear shifting formechanical rollersis introduced, and the software and hardware systems of the electronicallycontrolled gear shifting are intelligently detected to visualize the entire process parameters of the systems. Through the intelligent controller of the mechanical roller, the signal of the electronic control handle is collected to confirm the operation intension of the mechanical roller operator and converted into the oiling logic of each transmission clutch. Then, according to the oiling logic, the proportional valve is controlled to change the oiling status of the clutch oil chamber of each gear of the mechanical roller transmission to complete the shift control of the mechanical roller. At the same time, the main clutch is eliminated to reduce the operator's operating intensity. In case of system abnormalities,the display can also call out the handle signal and the temperature and current data in the clutch oil chamber of each gear to assist maintenance personnel in troubleshooting when the machine fails.
