装载机前后桥的承载能力研究

摘  要:前后桥作为装载机的关键承载零部件,其可靠性水平一直是装载机制造企业和客户关注的重点之一。合理地确定装载机前后桥的承载能力,对前后桥的可靠性设计具有重要意义。装载机前后桥主要承受桥荷、驱动轮胎转动的力矩和阻止轮胎转动的制动力矩,承受载荷的大小取决于装载机的工况、装载机自身的技术状态等。为确定装载机前后桥的承载能力,可以通过对装载机在特定工况下的前后桥载荷谱进行测试获取相关数据,然而载荷谱测试需要投入一定的试验资源,并且实际上不易获得极限重载工况的载荷谱数据。因此,通过对装载机典型工况和装载机自身技术状态进行分析,计算出前后桥承受的最大载荷并据此确定装载机前后桥的承载能力也是一种可行的方法。As the key load-bearing parts of the loader,the reliability level of the front and rear axles has always been one of the key concerns of the loader manufacturers and customers.Reasonable determination of the loadbearing capacity of the front and rear axles of the loader is of great significance to the reliability design of the front and rear axles.The front and rear axles of the loader mainly bear the axle load,the torque of driving the tyre rotation and the braking torque of stopping the tire rotation,and the load value depends on the working conditions and technical state of the loader.In order to determine the load-bearing capacity of the front and rear axles of the loader,the load spectrum of the front and rear axles of the loader under specific working conditions can be tested to obtain relevant data.However,the load spectrum test requires certain test resources,and in practice,it is not easy to obtain the load spectrum data of the extremely heavy load conditions.Therefore,it is a feasible method to analyze the typical working conditions and technical state of the loader and to calculate the maximum load on the front and rear axles to determine the bearing capacity of the front and rear axles of the loader.
