摘  要:针对市场反馈操作叉车过程中出现“方向盘打手”的现象,对单路稳定分流阀的结构和工作原理进行分析。为优化单路稳定分流阀的动态响应性能,建立单路稳定分流阀的AEMSim仿真模型,分析单稳分流阀的分流特性和阀口节流面积特性。基于仿真结果,对单路稳定分流阀的阀芯结构进行优化设计,优化后的单路稳定分流阀的分流精度和响应速度均得到明显提高“,方向盘打手”现象得到明显改善。In response to the market feedback of“steering kickback”phenomenon during the operation of forklift trucks,the structure and working principle of the single-cha n nel steady f low d ivid ing valve are analyzed.In order to optimize the dynamic response performance of the single-channel steady flow dividing valve,the AMESim simulation model of the single-channel steady flow dividing valve is established to analyze the dividing characteristics and orifice throttling area characteristics of the single-channel steady flow dividing valve.Based on the simulation results,the spool structure of the single-channel steady flow dividing valve is optimized and designed,and the dividing precision and response speed of the optimized single-channel steady flow dividing valve are significantly improved,as well as the phenomenon of“steering kickback”.
