摘 要:电弧加工技术是一种无切削力、加工效率高、不受材料机械加工性能影响的新型加工技术。利用电弧加工系统对不锈钢、45钢材料进行电加工试验及分析,确定电加工参数对材料加工性能的影响。通过对加工后材料表面质量进行检测和分析,发现特定的电压可获得粗糙度较为一致的加工表面。对加工区域进行测温及热影响分析,确定放电产生的高温会使材料局部瞬时融化并在切削液作用下脱离。对材料表层及热影响层金相组织及硬度变化进行检测分析,得出电弧加工对钢材机械性能的影响。该试验分析可为电弧加工钢材料提供相应的理论分析依据。Arc machining technology is a new type of machining technology with no cutting force,high machining efficiency and freedom from effect of mechanical machining properties of materials.The arc machining system is used for arc machining tests and analysis on stainless steel and 45 steel materials to determine the effect of arch machining parameters on the material machining properties.By detecting and analyzing the surface quality of the machined materials,it is found that a specific voltage could be used to obtain a machined surface with a relatively consistent roughness.By measuring the temperature and analyzing the thermal effect of the machined area,it is determined that the high temperature generated by electrical discharge causes localized instantaneous melting of the material and detachment under the action of cutting fluid.The changes in metallographic structure and hardness of the surface layer and thermal affected layer of the material are tested and analyzed to determine the impact of arc machining on the mechanical properties of steel.The test and analysis can provide corresponding theoretical analysis basis for arc machining of steel materials.
