摘 要:针对盾构铰接密封系统的施工难题,依托雄安新区至北京大兴国际机场金融岛站-第五组团站施工项目开展安装工艺研究。首先介绍项目概况、地质以及施工难点,根据工程特点编制技术路线。然后在左线工程施工区域进行井下施工,总结施工难点和工艺缺陷。最后对施工工艺进行优化,并在右线工程中开展试验研究,结果表明,优化后的施工工艺可以节省大型吨位履带吊的费用,同时对地基承载力要求低,节约了加固费用,整体安装工时和正常模式下的组装耗时相差不大,可为类似项目提供借鉴。In response to the construction difficulties of hinged sealing system of shield,the installation technology is studied based on the construction project of Jinrongdao Station to Group 5 Station from Xiong'an New Area to Beijing Daxing International Airport.Firstly,the project situation,geology and construction difficulties are introduced,and the technical route is developed according to the project characteristics.Then,underground construction is carried out in the construction area of the left line project to summarize the construction difficulties and technological defects.Finally,the construction technology is optimized,tested and studied in the right line project.The results show that the optimized construction technology can save the cost of largetonnage crawler cranes,while having low requirements for the foundation bearing capacity and saving reinforcement costs,and the overall installation time is not much different from the assembly time in normal mode,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
