系统思维下新科技文化观与新发展理念关系探析

摘　　要：思想意识及其理念必须嵌合客观规律的内在诉求。否则,就无所谓科学的发展理念,亦更不会有真正新发展理念之生成。新科技文化观从历史唯物主义的角度出发,辩证地看待科学技术发展过程中的历史与现实问题;新发展理念具有马克思主义政治经济学的深刻意涵。新科技文化观与新发展理念是既有差异又有内在协同协调的整体,两者合力助推人类社会文明发展,促进人类社会与自然生态环境和谐共生。Ideology and its concept must be integrated with the internal demands of objective laws.Otherwise,there will be no scientific concept of development,and there will be no real new concept of development.From the perspective of historical materialism,the new concept of science and technology culture dialectically treats the historical and practical problems in the development of science and technology;The new development concept has the profound meaning of Marxist political economy.The concept of new science and technology culture and the concept of new development are a whole with both differences and internal coordination.They work together to promote the development of human social civilization and promote the harmonious coexistence of human society and natural ecological environment.
