摘 要:最近的研究表明,心肌应变分析可以实现整体和局部心脏运动和功能的评估,可早期发现导致心内膜水平损伤的亚临床心肌功能异常和识别出术后不良结局的高风险患者,目前已广泛应用于心血管疾病各个领域。它有潜力成为围手术期患者手术麻醉风险分层、判断预后的早期预警指标。文章综述了心肌应变分析在围手术期心功能评估的临床应用进展,以期为优化心功能异常高危患者围手术期的管理策略提供依据。Recent research has demonstrated that myocardial strain analysis enables the evaluation of global and local cardiac motility and function,leading to advanced detection of sub⁃clinical myocardial functional abnormalities leading to endocardial level in⁃jury and identification of patients at high risk for adverse postoperative outcomes,and is currently widely used in all fields of cardiovas⁃cular disease.It has the potential to become an early warning indicator for risk stratification of surgical anesthesia and determination of prognosis in perioperative patients.This review summarizes the advances in the clinical application of myocardial strain analysis for perioperative cardiac function evaluation,to provide a basis for optimal perioperative management strategies.
