摘 要:本文通过方法学验证,确定本实验室是否有能力测定生活饮用水中的高氯酸盐。方法:选用碳酸钠-乙腈(10 mmol Na_(2)CO_(3)+35%ACN)为淋洗液,100 mmol硫酸作为再生液测定高氯酸盐。结果:检出限为0.002 mg/L;方法测定下限0.008 mg/L,能够满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》对该项目限值要求;精密度在3.1%~4.2%;加标回收率在96.8%~103%,均能满足相关标准。所有实验数据表明,本实验室有能力采用该方法测定高氯酸盐。The methodology was validated to determine the laboratory's ability to determine perchlorate in drinking water.Methods:sodium carbonate-acetonitrile(10 mmol Na_(2)CO_(3)+35%ACN)was used as eluent,and 100 mmol sulfuric acid was used as perchlorate.The results showed that the detection limit was 0.002 mg/L,the lower limit of the method was 0.008 mg/L,which could meet the requirements of the sanitary standard for drinking water,and the precision ranged from 3.1%~4.2%.The recoveries of standard addition ranged from 96.8%~103%.All experimental data indicate that the laboratory is capable of applying this method to perchlorate.
