摘　　要：目的:分析人纤维蛋白原中氯化钠含量的不确定度。方法:根据国家药品标准YBS00032008及《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版三部)测定人纤维蛋白原中氯化钠含量。建立数学模型,对各影响因素进行分析,得到不确定度。结果:人纤维蛋白原中氯化钠含量结果为(8.9±0.01757)g/L(k=2,置信水平95%)。结论:样品取样量、硫氰酸铵滴定液标定、滴定管消耗体积是影响测量结果的主要因素。Objective:To analyze the uncertainty of sodium chloride content in human fibrinogen.Method:The sodium chloride content in human fibrinogen was determined according to the national drug standard YBS00032008 and the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(Volume Il,Version 2020).Establish a mathematical model and analyze various influencing factors to obtain uncertainty.Result:The sodium chloride content in human fibrinogen was(8.9±0.01757)g/L(k-2,confidence level 95%).Conclusion:The sample amount,the calibration of ammonium thiocyanate titrant,and the consumption volume of burette are the main factors affecting the measurement results.
