摘　　要：雷公藤多苷(TWP)是一种有效的抗炎免疫脂溶性混合物,广泛用于肾病、关节疾病的临床治疗,治疗效果好,但存在药物不良反应问题,如何科学有效地使用该药物成为临床应用面临的主要问题。本研究通过综合分析相关研究文献,探讨TWP药理毒理作用进展,以期为临床药物使用提供参考信息。Tripterygium wilfordi polyglycoside(TWP)is an effective anti-inflammatory immune fat soluble mixture,which is widely used in the clinical treatment of kidney disease and joint disease.The treatment effect is good,but there are Adverse drug reaction.How to use the drug scientifically and effectively has become a major problem in clinical application.This study aims to comprehensively analyze relevant research literature and explore the progress in the pharmacological and toxicological effects of TWp,in order to provide reference information for clinical drug use.
