摘  要:以MLNi_(3.9)Co_(0.6)Mn_(0.3)Al_(0.3)储氢合金、氢氧化亚镍分别为负极材料和正极材料,采用两电极研究了电芯在充/放电后的自身重量变化,在此基础上采用方型结构制备了200 Ah镍氢电池,电池安全性测试一次性通过最新国家标准。电化学测试结果表明,在电池荷电量0~90%范围,电池内压小于202.6 kPa,还可以实现200 A持续输出时间30 min,温升小于10℃;在80%荷电量和80%放电深度下循环500次以后,电池外观良好,重量保持不变,完全满足全寿命周期下稳定运行要求。该电池具有高安全免维护、温域宽多场景、长寿命低置换、绿色环保等优点,制备过程高度智能化,具有规模可行性,对高寒地区微电网批量用镍氢电池提供了可靠支持。The cell was prepared by using MLNi_(3.9)Co_(0.6)Mn_(0.3)Al_(0.3)⁃hydrogen storage alloy and spherical nickel hydroxide as negative electrode material and positive electrode material,respectively,while 200 Ah Ni⁃MH battery was prepared base on studying the weight change of cell before and after charging by using two electrodes.Electrochemical test results showed that the battery passed the latest national standard safety test at one time.The internal pressure was less than 202.6 kPa and a⁃chieved 200 A continuous output for 30 minutes around 0~90%state of charge(SOC),and also the temperature rise was less than 10℃.After 500 cycles at 80%SOC&80%depth of discharge(DOD),the battery had a good appearance and the weight remained unchanged and therefore fully achieved the requirements for stable operation under the full life cycle.The bat⁃tery had the advantages of high safety and maintension⁃free,wide temperature range and multiple scenarios,long life and green environmental protection,and also the preparation process was highly intelligent and had the feasibility of scale,which provided reliable support for the batch use of Ni⁃MH battery for microgrid in frigid zone.
