摘 要:为研究Ce加入量对Q235B钢中Ce含量、钢中气体含量、力学性能以及夹杂物的影响,进行了低合金钢Q235B在25 kg真空感应加热炉添加Ce的研究,对试验样品分别进行了Ce含量、Ce固溶比、氧氮含量、力学性能及夹杂物评级等分析。结果表明,在低合金钢Q235B中添加Ce的收得率最高为23.33%,最低为19.11%。在Ce含量小于670×10^(-6)时,固溶比均为50%左右,当Ce加入量为670×10^(-6)及860×10^(-6)时,Ce固溶比波动极大;Ce含量与氧氮含量的关系呈降低→增加→降低→增加关系;Ce含量对Q235B力学性能无明显改变;钢中Ce含量在0至60×10^(-6)之间,钢中B类夹杂物评级为0,当Ce含量在200×10^(-6)至330×10^(-6)之间时,钢中B类夹杂物评级增加,当Ce含量在400×10^(-6)至560×10^(-6)之间时,B类夹杂物评级降低,当Ce含量为670×10^(-6)及860×10^(-6)时,B类夹杂物评级再次上升,当Ce加入到钢中,D类夹杂物评级增加。In order to study the effect of different Ce additions on the rare earth and the gas content in Q235B steel,the mechanical properties of steel,and inclusions,adding Ce to low alloy steel Q235B in 25 kg vacuum induction heating furnace was studied.The rare earth content and solid solution ratio,oxygen and nitrogen content,mechanical properties and inclusion rating of the test samples were analyzed,respectively.The results show that the highest yield of cerium is 23.33%and the low⁃est is 19.11%in Q235B.When Ce content is less than 670×10^(-6),solid solution ratio is about 50%.When Ce content is 670×10^(-6)and 860×10^(-6),the solid solution ratio of Ce fluctuates greatly;The relationship between Ce content and oxygen and nitro⁃gen content is in a decreasing→increasing→decreasing→increasing relationship;The mechanical property of Q235B has no obvious change with Ce content.The inclusion B in steel is rated as 0,when Ce is between 0 and 60×10^(-6)in Q235B.When Ce cotent is between 200×10^(-6)and 330×10^(-6),the rating of inclusion B in steel is upgraded.When Ce cotent is between 400×10^(-6)and 560×10^(-6),the rating of inclusion B is downgrated.When Ce content is between 670×10^(-6)and 860×10^(-6),the rating of in⁃clusion B in steel is upgrated again.When Ce is added to the steel,the rating of inclusion D in steel is upgraded.
