摘 要:通过对一氧化碳品质、过量比及光气液化温度等对光气合成及光气液化过程的分析和探讨,指出一氧化碳对光气合成及光气液化过程均存在一定程度的影响。一氧化碳中的杂质组分,可造成光气合成原料的浪费及催化剂的过度消耗。一氧化碳过量比的增加,未液化光气流量也随之增加,一氧化碳浪费也越严重。随着液化温度的降低,未液化光气流量也随之降低,但光气的液化却变得越来越困难。因此,在光气合成和光气液化实际应用中,一氧化碳过量比和光气液化温度的选择尤为重要。Through the analysis and discussion of carbon monoxide quality,excess ratio and phosgene liquefaction temperature on phosgene synthesis and phosgene liquefaction process,it is concluded that carbon monoxide has a certain degree of influence on phosgene synthesis and phosgene liquefaction process.The impurity components in carbon monoxide can cause the waste of raw materials for phosgene synthesis and excessive consumption of catalyst.As the carbon monoxide excess ratio increases,the flow rate of unliquefied phosgene increases,and the carbon monoxide waste becomes more serious.As the liquefaction temperature decreases,the unliquefied phosgene flow rate also decreases,but the liquefaction of phosgene becomes more and more difficult.Therefore,the choice of carbon monoxide excess ratio and liquefaction temperature is particularly important in the practical application of phosgene synthesis and phosgene liquefaction.
