摘　　要：目的 为提高渭南市艾滋病检测工作质量,提升艾滋病检测工作的规范化管理。方法 利用Excel 2007录入整理2015年—2022年艾滋病检测实验室质量考评数据,对计数资料应用SPSS 22.0软件进行Fisher精确检验。结果 所有实验室2015年—2022年综合成绩均达到合格及以上,优秀率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.097,P<0.05)。医疗保健机构2015年—2022年检测程序符合率、外部质控符合率差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为16.132、17.111,P<0.05)。医疗保健机构、疾病预防控制机构2015年—2022年仪器检定符合率差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为16.052、15.276,P<0.05)。结论 渭南市2015年—2022年艾滋病检测实验室质量考评结果合格,考评成绩提升显著,但应继续加强问题实验室的技术培训和督导检查,要特别加强医疗保健机构的实验(原始)记录和报告规范。Objective This paper aims to improve the quality of AIDS testing in Weinan City and strengthen the standardized management of testing.Methods Excel 2007 was used for entry and management of the quality evaluation data of AIDS testing laboratories in 2015-2022.Fisher accurate test was conducted on enumeration data by SPSS 22.0.Results The comprehensive scores of all the laboratories in 2015-2022 were acceptable or better,with the difference of excellent rates statistically significant(χ^(2)=17.097,P<0.05).There was statistical significance on the differences in the conformity rate of testing procedures(χ^(2)=16.132,P<0.05)and the conformity rate of external quality control(χ^(2)=17.111,P<0.05)in healthcare institutions from 2015 to 2022.There was statistical significance on the difference in the conformity rate of instrument verification in both healthcare institutions(χ^(2)=16.052,P<0.05)and CDCs(χ^(2)=15.276,P<0.05)from 2015 to 2022.Conclusion The quality evaluation results of AIDS testing laboratories in Weinan City from 2015 to 2022 were acceptable with significant improved scores.However,technical training,supervision and inspection should be further strengthened to the problematic laboratories,especially to the standardization of experimental(original)records and reports in health care institutions.
