大数据技术在医院档案管理中的运用分析

摘　　要：大数据技术在医院档案管理中的应用体现大数据技术与各行业领域实现融合应用的发展趋势。通过文献研究与实践分析可知,现阶段大数据技术在医院档案管理工作中的应用存在四点问题即:缺乏对大数据功能的分析、缺乏完整的管理信息系统、人员技术应用能力有待提升、档案管理安全保障力度不足。需通过结合档案管理要求明确大数据技术应用要点、加大匹配管理信息系统建设力度、提升管理人员技术水平、加强管理信息系统安全保障力度,为发挥大数据技术优势、优化医院档案管理工作成效提供支持。The application of big data technology in hospital archives management reflects the development trend of integration of big data technology and various industries.Through literature research and practical analysis,it can be seen that there are four problems in the application of big data technology in hospital archives management at this stage:i.e.,For lack of analysis on the big data functions,lack of a complete management information system,personnel's technical application ability to be improved,and inadequate the security of archives management.It is necessary to clarify the application points of big data technology in combination with the requirements of archives management,increase the construction of matching management information system,improve the technical level of administrators and strengthen the security guarantee of management information system,so as to provide the support for giving full play to the advantages of big data technology and optimizing the effectiveness of hospital archives management.
