71693份无偿献血者HIV-抗体、HBsAg、HPV B19 IgM/IgG检测及其与ABO血型的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 分析71 693份无偿献血者HIV-抗体、HBsAg、人细小病毒B19(HPV B19)IgM/IgG检测情况及其与ABO血型的相关性。方法 选取本地区无偿献血血液标本71 693份,检测HIV-抗体、HBsAg及HPV B19 IgM/IgG,以微板法进行ABO血型鉴定。结果 HBsAg总阳性率为0.32%,HIV-抗体总阳性率为0.19%,HPV B19 IgM阳性率为0.98%,HPV B19 IgG阳性率为7.35%;A血型者HIV-抗体阳性率明显低于O血型者(χ^(2)=9.613,P<0.05),A、B、O血型者HBsAg阳性率(0.33%、0.32%、0.35%)明显高于AB血型者(0.14%)(χ^(2)=8.382,P<0.05);男性A、B、O血型者HBsAg阳性率明显高于男性AB血型者(χ^(2)=7.955,P<0.05),logistic回归分析显示,ABO血型属于无偿献血者HBsAg阳性独立影响因素(OR值:4.923,95%CI:1.141~21.246,P<0.05)。结论 无偿献血者HPV B19 IgM/IgG与ABO血型无相关关系,HIV-抗体、HBsAg检测阳性与ABO血型有关,AB血型更易出现乙型肝炎病毒感染,O血型者HIV易感性较高。Objective This paper aims to analyze human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) anitibody,HBsAg,human parvovirus B19(HPV B19) IgM/IgG in 71 693 blood samples from voluntary blood donors,as well as their correlation with ABO blood group.Methods A total of 71 693 blood samples from voluntary blood donors in the region were selected to detect HIV antibody,HBsAg and HPV B19 IgM/IgG,and ABO blood grouping was performed by microplate method.Results The positive rates of HBsAg,HIV antibody,HPV B19 IgM and HPV B19 IgG were 0.32%,0.19%,0.98% and 7.35%.The positive rate of HIV antibody was significantly lower in individuals with blood group A than that in those with blood group O(χ^(2)=9.613,P<0.05),and the positive rate of HBsAg was significantly higher in individuals with blood group A(0.33%),blood group B(0.32%) or blood group O(0.35%) than that in those with blood group AB(0.14%)(χ^(2)=8.382,P<0.05).The positive rates of HBsAg in males with blood group A,blood group B or blood group O was significantly higher than that in males with blood group AB(χ^(2)=7.955,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that ABO blood group was an independent influencing factor of HBsAg positive in voluntary blood donors(OR=4.923,95%CI:1.141-21.246,P<0.05).Conclusion There is no correlation between HPV B19 IgM/IgG and ABO blood group in voluntary blood donors.HIV antibody and HBsAg are related to ABO blood group.People with blood group AB is more prone to hepatitis B virus infection,and people with blood group O is more susceptible to HIV.
