摘  要:建筑钢结构焊接机器人的推广应用是我国建筑钢结构建造领域的重点研究和开发任务之一。为有效评估和改进工程项目中焊接机器人的技术应用水平,本文建立了基于多层次灰色理论的建筑钢结构焊接机器人技术应用成熟度评价模型。首先,通过借鉴能力成熟度模型和WSR方法论思想,构建了建筑钢结构焊接机器人技术应用成熟度模型,并设计了相应的评价指标体系;然后利用层次分析法确定成熟度评价指标的权重,运用多层次灰色综合评价法对结果进行量化评价。最后以北京城市副中心二期工程项目为例,进行了建筑钢结构焊接机器人技术应用成熟度的评价,并针对该项目技术应用的不足之处提出了几点改进建议。研究表明该评价模型具有较好的实用性,可为建筑钢结构焊接机器人技术在工程项目中的应用改进与提升提供借鉴意义。The popularization and application of building steel structure welding robot is one of the key research and development tasks in the field of building steel structure construction in China.In order to effectively evaluate and improve the technical application level of welding robot in engineering projects,this paper establishes a maturity evaluation model of building steel structure welding robot technology application based on multi-level grey theory.First of all,the application maturity model of welding robot technology for building steel structure is constructed by referring to the idea of capability maturity model and WSR methodology,and the corresponding evaluation index system is designed.Then the weight of maturity evaluation index is determined by AHP,and the results are quantitatively evaluated by multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,taking the second phase project of Beijing Urban Sub-center as an example,the application maturity of welding robot technology for building steel structure is evaluated,and several suggestions for improvement are put forward in view of the shortcomings of the current application condition of the project.The research shows that the evaluation model has good practicability and can provide reference for improvement and promotion of the application of welding robot technology in steel structure construction projects.
