摘  要:为了解黄淮麦区(南片)当前小麦穗发芽抗性以及等位基因的分布情况,本研究以94份黄淮麦区(南片)小麦新品系为供试材料,利用种子发芽指数法对供试材料的穗发芽抗性进行评价,同时利用功能标记Vp1B3和Dorm-1对供试材料Vp1B和Dorm-B1位点等位基因进行检测。结果表明,供试材料发芽指数(GI)总体平均值为39.6%,标准差为18.08,变幅为9.62%~88.48%,这批供试材料的穗发芽抗性以中感型为主;在Vp1B位点,共检测到Vp1Ba和Vp1Bc两种等位基因,分布频率分别为64.89%和35.11%,携带等位基因Vp1Ba材料的发芽指数(GI)显著高于Vp1Bc等位基因(P<0.05),等位基因Vp1Bc与抗穗发芽相关,等位基因VP-1Ba与感穗发芽相关;在Dorm-B1位点,仅检测到Dorm-B1a等位基因,这批供试材料Dorm-B1位点的多态性较为单一。本研究能够为黄淮麦区(南片)小麦穗发芽分子改良提供参考信息。In order to understand the distribution of the pre-harwest sprouting genes in new bread wheat cultivars from Huanghuai southern region.In this study,a total of 94 wheat varieties newly cultivated in the Huanghuai southern region were used as the test materials.The seed germination index method was used to evaluate the resistance of the tested materials to the pre-harwest sprouting,and the functional markers Vp1B3 and Dorm-1 were used to detect the alleles of Vp1B and Dorm-B1.The results showed that the average value of germination index(GI)was 39.6%,the standard deviation was 18.08,and the range was 9.62%~88.48%;In the Vp1B locus,the frequency of the tested wheat varieties with Vp1Ba allele was 64.89%,and Vp1Bc allele was 35.11%.The germination index(GI)of the Vp1Ba is significantly higher than that of Vp1Bc(P<0.05),Vp1Bc allele was associated with resistant sprouting,and Vp1Ba allele was associated with susceptible sprouting;In the Dorm-B1 locus,only Dorm-B1a alleles were detected,and the polymorphism of Dorm-B1 locus in these materials was relatively single.This study can provide reference information for the molecular improvement of the pre-harwest sprouting in Huanghuai southern region.
