摘  要:为了评估四川加工型辣椒种质资源的遗传多样性和亲缘关系,本研究以24份辣椒种质资源为研究对象,采用iPBS分子标记技术分析其遗传多样性和亲缘关系。结果表明,10条引物共扩增出171条谱带,多态性谱带103条,多态性比率为59.39%。对24份辣椒种质资源的遗传多样性进行分析,其遗传相似系数(GS)在0.713~0.901;根据果型将供试样本分为牛角椒、线椒、羊角椒和小椒4个群体,其中羊角椒群体的遗传多样性最高,其观测等位基因数(Na)、有效等位基因数(Ne)、Nei’s基因指数(H)和Shannon’s信息指数(I),分别为1.4737、1.3409、0.1892和0.2752。牛角椒群体的遗传多样性最低,其Na、Ne、H和I分别为1.2632、1.1679、0.0987和0.1470;按非加权组平均法(UPGMA)构建24份辣椒种质资源的iPBS标记聚类树状图,在遗传相似系数0.82处,可将24份材料分为4个组,与形态学的分类结果存在较大差异。综合分析结果表明,多数供试材料间的亲缘关系较近,而不同组材料间的亲缘关系相对较远,鉴于组间辣椒品种间的亲缘关系以及在产量、成熟期、品质等方面存在差异,故不同组间材料可进行杂交,以选育新品种。In order to assess the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of the collected processing-orientation type pepper germplasm resources,iPBS molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic characterization of 24 pepper germplasm in Sichuan Province.The results showed that 171 bands were amplified by 10 iPBS primers,of which 103 bands(59.39%)were polymorphic.The genetic similarity coefficient among 24 pepper germplasm ranged from 0.713 to 0.901 by NTSYS-p c2.10e software.The tested samples can be morphologically catego rized based on pepper type as cattle horn-,linear-,caprinehorn-fruited,and small sized population.The caprine hornfruited population exhibited the highest genetic diversity,the observed number of alleles(Na),effective number of alleles(Ne),Nei's gene diversity(H),and Shannon's information index(I)were 1.4737,1.3409,0.1892,and 0.2752,respectively.The lowest genetic diversity was observed within the cattle horn-fruited population(with Na=1.2632,Ne=1.1679,H=0.0987,I=0.1470).Clustering analysis through the unweighted pair-group mean average(UPGMA)method showed that 24 pepper cultivars were divided into 4 groups with a similarity coefficient of 0.82,which was not consistent with the morphological classification.The comprehensive analysis results show that the genetic relationship of most the tested pepper materials was relatively close,while the genetic relationship between groups were relatively distant from each other.Given the genetic relationship between each group and the differences in fruit yield,ripening stage and quality,the materials from different groups can be crossed to breed new varieties.
