摘  要:为揭示影响佛手瓜(Sechium edule)和南瓜(Cucurbita moschata)耐水涝和耐低温特性的主要酶,提高植物抗逆性,探究抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(ascorbate peroxidase,APX)和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)对佛手瓜和南瓜耐水涝和耐低温的影响。本研究将佛手瓜和南瓜进行0~72 h的浸水处理,并将佛手瓜和南瓜在12℃/7℃(白天/夜晚)的温度持续冷却0~72 h。结果表明,不同植物根据不同的抗氧化酶和生理参数对环境胁迫的表现不同,在浸水期间,南瓜植物根系和叶片中的APX活性显著高于佛手瓜植物中APX的活性。与佛手瓜植物相比,整个低温期间也观察到南瓜植物叶片中SOD活性的显著增加。研究表明,APX和SOD活性的增加可能提高了南瓜的耐涝性和耐低温性。APX和SOD活性均可用于选择具有耐水涝和耐低温胁迫的佛手瓜。In order to reveal the main enzymes affecting waterlogging and low temperature tolerance of chayote(Sechium edule)and pumpkin(Cucurbita moschata)and improve plant stress resistance,the effects of ascorbate peroxidase(APX)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)on waterlogging and low temperature tolerance of bergamot and pumpkin were studied.The chayote and pumpkin were soaked in water for 0~72 h,and the chayote and pumpkin plants were cooled at a temperature of 12℃/7℃(day/night)for 0~72 h.The results showed that different genotypes responded differently to environmental stress according to their various antioxidant enzymes.During the soaking period,the APX activity in the roots and leaves of the pumpkin plant was significantly higher than that in the chayote plant.Compared with chayote plants,a significant increase in SOD activity in pumpkin plant leaves was also observed throughout the low temperature period.Studies have shown that the increase of APX and SOD activity may improve the waterlogging tolerance and low temperature tolerance of pumpkins.Both APX and SOD activities can be used to select chayote that is resistant to waterlogging and low temperature stress.
