摘　　要：作为治疗恶性肿瘤最常见的手段之一,放疗常导致放射性口腔疾病,如放射性唾液腺炎、放射性颌骨骨坏死、放射性黏膜炎等。巨噬细胞主要分为M1、M2型,参与全身多种疾病的病理发生发展过程,在放射性口腔疾病中也起着重要作用。放射性口腔疾病与巨噬细胞的关系研究进展迅速,分子机制复杂,本文就此领域的相关研究成果作一综述,以期为临床治疗提供新思路。Radiotherapy is one of the most common means to treat malignant tumors,which often leads to oral complications,including radiation sialogenitis,osteoradionecrosis of the jaw and radiation mucositis.However,macrophages,which are mainly classified into M1and M2 types,play an important role in radiation-induced oral diseases.M1 and M2 phenotypes are involved in the pathogenesis and development of various diseases in the whole body.At present,the research on radiation-induced oral diseases and macrophages has made rapid progress,but the mechanism is complex.This paper reviews the research results in this field,and provides new ideas for clinical treatment.
