摘　　要：针对新时期新需求对内容更加丰富、现势更加鲜活、表达更加直观、产品更加易用、服务更加便捷的新一代国家基础时空信息数据库的需要,该文梳理了国家基础时空信息数据库建设现状与新时期的总体发展要求,分析了新时期各行业的应用需求,提出了新一代国家基础时空信息数据库建设未来研究方向,探讨了主要实现路径。该文可为后续国家基础时空信息数据库建设与发展提供参考。The fundamental spatial-temporal information database is a key component of national spatial-temporal infrastructure and is an important strategic resource and essential factor of production for digital government and digital economy.Driven by needs from different fields in the new era,it is imperative to build the new generation of national fundamental spatial-temporal information database with rich content of spatial-temporal data,vivid currency of spatial-temporal information,intuitive expression methods,products that are easy to use,and convenient services.This paper briefly summarized the construction achievements of national fundamental spatial-temporal information database in the past decades and general requirements for its development in the new era,analyzed the demands of different application fields,proposed the research orientation for spatial-temporal information database and discussed key route for its construction in the future.It is expected to provide reference for the construction of the new generation national spatial-temporal information database.
