摘  要:针对现有三维数据模型难以有效支撑三维不动产物理空间和产权空间一体化管理的问题,该文提出了顾及物理空间的三维不动产数据模型。基于土地管理领域模型(LADM)分析设计了产权语义类,并利用城市地理标记语言(CityGML)发展了多层级物理空间的构建方法,通过CityGML的扩展机制实现了产权空间要素类和物理空间要素类的语义关联以及一体化存储。实验表明,该模型能够有效表达“地—楼—层—户—间”多层次的几何语义信息,解决了三维不动产数据模型内容单一、缺乏建筑语义等难点,为不动产立体化产权管理和三维确权登记等工作提供了方法支撑。In view of the problem that most of the existing 3Ddata models is difficult to effectively support the integrated management of 3Dreal estate physical space and property right space,this paper proposes a 3Dreal estate data model considering physical space.Based on the Land Administration Domain Model(LADM),the property right semantic class is analyzed and designed,and the method of constructing multi-level physical space is developed by using City Geographic Markup Language(CityGML).The semantic association and integrated storage of property right space feature class and physical space feature class are realized through the extension mechanism of CityGML.The experimental results show that the model can effectively express the multi-level geometric semantic information of“parcel-building-floor-unit-room”,and solves the difficulties such as single content and lack of architectural semantics of 3Dreal estate data model.It provides method support for 3Dproperty right management and 3Dright registration of real estate.
