摘　　要：回顾性分析北京友谊医院收治的10例前列腺脓肿患者的临床资料,总结其诊疗特点及临床疗效。及时、足量、有效的抗生素治疗并积极控制合并症一般可有效控制前列腺脓肿。对于抗生素保守治疗效果不佳的患者,前列腺脓肿去顶术是一种有效的治疗手段。The clinical data of 10 patients with prostate abscess admited to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Summarize its diagnosis and treatment characteristics and its clinical efficacy.Prostatic abscess can generally be effectively controlled by timely,adequate and effective antibiotic treatment and active control of comorbidities.Prostate abscess deroofing might be an effective treatment for patients with the failure of conservative antibiotic treatment.
