摘  要:本文以ZQL-180高压气淬炉为例,研究了不同结构喷嘴流场的均匀性;冷却风机作为气淬炉的关键核心部件之一,其功率的选型对工件冷却效果起到非常重要的作用;采用FLUENT软件数值模拟不同电机功率与气淬压力下工件的冷却效果,并结合实验结果,得到较为合理的工艺参数。This paper takes ZQL-180 high pressure gas quenching furnace as an example,the uniformity of flow field under different nozzles is studied.The cooling fan is one of the key components in the gas quenching furnace,the selection of its power plays a very important role in the cooling effect of workpiece.The cooling effect of workpiece under different motor power and gas quenching pressure is numerically simulated by FLUENT software.Combined with the experimental results,more reasonable process parameters are obtained.
