摘  要:为了研究等离子转移弧电流对Ni60涂层质量的影响,采用金相显微镜(OM)、维氏显微硬度计对熔覆层进行宏观形貌、稀释率和显微硬度分析。结果表明:转移弧电流为90~140 A时,可在Q235碳钢板上获得成形良好、无裂纹的Ni60熔覆层;转移弧电流为90~130 A时,熔覆层冶金结合较好,且稀释率比较合适;转移弧电流为100~110 A时,熔覆层的硬度较高,最高可达825.5 HV。In order to study the effect of plasma transfer arc current on the quality of Ni60 coating,the macrostructure,dilution rate and microhardness of the cladding layers were analyzed by OM and Vickers microhardness tester.The results showed that Ni60 cladding layers could be obtained good forming and no crack on Q235 carbon steel plate with the transfer arc current rangeed from 90 to 140 A.When the current ranges were 90 to 130 A,the metallurgical bonding of the cladding layer was better,and the dilution rate was suitable.When the transfer arc current was 100 to 110 A,the hardness of cladding layer was relatively high,and the highest was up to 825.5 HV.
