摘　　要：通过拉伸试验机、金相显微镜和扫描电镜等手段对添加Nb和未添加Nb元素的镀锌DP780进行金相组织观察和力学性能测试。结果表明,添加Nb元素可以显著改善镀锌DP780组织均匀性,具有减轻带状组织的作用,使马氏体组织弥散均匀分布;添加Nb元素对镀锌DP780的抗拉强度影响不明显,但可显著的提高延伸率。The microstructure and mechanical properties of galvanized DP780 with and without Nb were observed and tested by means of tensile testing machine,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the addition of Nb could significantly improve the structure uniformity of galvanized DP780,reduce the banded structure,and make the martensite structure distributed evenly.The addition of Nb had no obvious effect on the tensile strength of galvanized DP780,but could significantly improve the elongation.
