摘  要:配电网电力信号的高噪声及强瞬变的特性对相量测量造成较大干扰,在噪声环境下可靠、快速并高精度地获得电力信号相量信息对电网的稳定性与可靠性具有重要意义。文章提出一种基于自适应强跟踪无迹卡尔曼滤波(Adaptive Strong Tracking Unscented Kalman Filter,ASTUKF)的电力信号同步相量跟踪算法:根据新息序列概率分布特征,构建系统状态判定变量判断系统是否发生突变,并在STUKF算法理论基础上提出弱化因子自适应算法,利用建立的基波相量状态空间模型构建基于ASTUKF的同步相量跟踪算法。实验结果表明,所提ASTUKF算法具有良好的检测突变的能力,能够快速准确地跟踪突变。The characteristics of high noise and strong transients of power signals in remote distribution network in China cause great disturbance to phasor measurement,and it is of great significance for the stability and reliability of power grid to obtain the phasor information of power signal reliably,quickly and precisely under the noise environment.This paper puts forward a kind of power signal synchronous phasor tracking algorithm based on the adaptive strong tracking unscented Kalman filter(ASTUKF).A novel system state decision variables is built according to the characteristics of the probability distribution of the new interest to determine whether a system mutated,and the weakening factor adaptive algorithm is proposed based on the theory of STUKF algorithm.The fundamental phasor state space modeling is established based on synchronous phasor ASTUKF tracking algorithm.Experimental results show that the proposed ASTUKF algorithm has good mutation detection ability and can track mutations quickly and accurately.
