摘  要:根据某钨矿原矿矿石性质分析、碎磨试验结果,以及碎磨工艺后续作业的要求,从设备选择及经济指标等方面对“常规破碎+抛废+棒磨”的常规破碎工艺方案与“常规破碎+抛废+高压辊磨+棒磨”的高压辊磨工艺方案进行了比选。分析认为高压辊磨方案虽然设备费用略高,但能提前分离出合格粒级,既避免过磨现象,也可降低棒磨机规格,减小装机功率,生产成本和费用限值都更低。Based on the analysis of the properties of the raw ore,the result of crushing and grinding test and the requirement for subsequent operations of the crushing and grinding process,a comparison and selection was made in the paper between the conventional crushing process option of“conventional crushing+waste discarding+rod grinding”and the high-pressure roller grinding process option of“conventional crushing+waste discarding+high-pressure roller grinding+rod grinding”in terms of equipment selection and economic indicators.The analysis shows that although the high-pressure roller grinding option has slightly higher equipment cost,the qualified particle sizes can be separated in advance.Therefore,the high pressure roller grinding option avoids over-grinding,reduces the size of the rod mill,and lowers the installed power.The production cost and cost limit are both lower.
