摘 要:通过对Midjourney公司创新成功的案例分析,可以发现决定创新成败的底层逻辑是知识的积累率与技术迭代的充分程度,而技术迭代充分的关键在于前期知识的积累率,而知识积累率的提高需要两个支撑条件:充足时间与冗余人员。中国整体创新表现不好的原因就在于知识积累率较低,技术迭代不充分,未来改革的路径也在于此。Through the analysis of the successful innovation case of Midjournal Company,it can be found that the underlying logic that determines the success or failure of innovation is the accumulation rate of knowledge and the sufficiency of technological iteration.The key to sufficient technological iteration lies in the accumulation rate of knowledge in the early stage,and the improvement of knowledge accumulation rate requires two supporting conditions:sufficient time and redundant personnel.The reason for China's overall poor innovation performance lies in its low knowledge accumulation rate and insufficient technological iteration,which is also the path for future reform.
