摘　　要：随着我国体育改革的不断深化,竞技体育领域的行政垄断问题引起了社会广泛关注。虽然中国足球不断打破行政垄断,以壮士断腕的决心与国家体育总局脱钩、撤出中超联赛有限公司等重大突破,但其市场化程度仍然不尽如人意。基于行政垄断对足球产业市场绩效影响的分析,运用ISCP研究框架,从制度、结构、行为和绩效四个方面对中国足球产业的行政垄断状况进行分析,发现我国职业足球打破行政垄断在取得一定成效的同时,尚存许多问题亟待解决。为更好地促进我国足球产业健康发展,必须继续深化改革,加快政府职能转变,实现俱乐部股权多元化,健全联赛监督约束机制。With the deepening of sports reform in our country,the issue of administrative monopoly in the field of competitive sports has attracted wide attention from the society.Although Chinese football has continuously broken the administrative monopoly,it has decoupled from the State General Administration of Sports and withdrawn from the Chinese Super League with the determination of a valiant man Limited companies and other major breakthroughs,but its degree of marketization is still not satisfactory.Based on the analysis of the influence of administrative monopoly on the market performance of football industry,this paper uses the ISCP research framework to analyze the administrative monopoly of China’s football industry from four aspects of system,structure,behavior and performance,and finds that China’s professional football has achieved some results in breaking administrative monopoly,but there are still many problems to be solved.In order to promote the healthy development of football industry in China,we must continue to deepen reform,accelerate the transformation of government functions,realize the diversity of club equity and improve the supervision and restraint mechanism of the league.
