摘　　要：2022年北京冬奥会的成功举办,促进了我国对冰雪运动的大众化推广与普及,工作也逐渐从缓慢发力、蓄势发力转为强势发力,整个业态呈现出勃勃生机。随着大众冰雪运动专业化程度的不断提高,对冰雪运动领域专业人才的需求也呈现出多样化、专业化、复杂化趋向。为此,以冰雪运动人才培养模式为研究对象,从社会需求与专业发展的角度,构建由“一体二翼三平台”的宏观维度与“一基础二结合三实操”的微观维度组成的多维应用型人才培养模式,旨在为培养适应冰雪运动发展的应用型人才奠定实践与理论基础。The successful holding of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics has promoted the popularization and popularization of ice and snow sports in China,and the work has gradually changed from a slow force and a momentum to a strong force,and the entire format has shown vitality.With the continuous improvement of the specialization of mass ice and snow sports,the demand for professionals in the field of ice and snow sports also presents a diversified,specialized and complicated trend.Therefore,taking the training mode of ice and snow sports talents as the research object,this paper constructs the multi-dimensional applied talents training mode from the perspective of social demand and professional development,composed of the macro dimension of“one body,two wings,three platforms”and the micro dimension of“one foundation,two combined with three practical operations”,aiming to lay a practical and theoretical foundation for training applied talents adapted to the development of ice and snow sports.
