摘　　要：弓步刺是花剑运动员必须掌握的基本进攻动作,无论是速度还是精确度都需要高质量地完成。以往关于弓步刺的研究受各项条件的约束,并不能最为直观地反映运动员的速度与协调性之间的联系。以沈阳市优秀花剑运动员为研究对象,通过测试弓步刺的进攻速度与身体协调性,在分析相关的影响因素基础上,建立一个更为科学的评价标准。The lunge jab is a basic offensive movement that foil players must master,requiring high quality completion in both speed and precision.The previous research on lunge jab was restricted by various conditions and could not reflect the movement intuitively.Therefore,based on the analysis of the related influencing factors,this paper takes Shenyang excellent foil athletes as the research object,through the testing a more scientific evaluation of the attack speed and body coordination to establish evaluate standard of the lunge jab.
