摘　　要：铁皮石斛在“九大仙草”中名列魁首,具有增强免疫力、抗衰老、抗风湿、降血糖血脂等功效,其分子生物学领域的研究受到了广泛关注。开展对铁皮石斛的研究,不仅具有重要的科学意义,还具有重要的生态、经济价值。本文从铁皮石斛基因组学、转录组学、基因克隆与功能、转基因研究等方面对铁皮石斛的分子生物学研究进行综述,为加快分子生物学技术在铁皮石斛研究中的应用提供参考。Dendrobium officinale,ranks first among the"nine immortal herbs".It has the effect of enhancing immunity,anti-aging,anti-rheumatism,as well as reducing blood sugar and blood lipid,which has attracted extensive attention in the field of molecular biology.The research of D.officinale not only has important scientific significance,but also has important ecological and economic values.This paper reviewed the molecular biology research of D.officinale from the aspects of genomics,transcriptomics,gene cloning and function,and transgenic research,so as to provide reference for accelerating the application of molecular biology techniques in the research of D.officinale.
