摘　　要：标准实施效果评价是标准实施和监督的重要方式,是实现标准全生命周期管理的必要环节。本文通过开展GB12014—2019《防护服装防静电服》标准实施效果评价工作,从标准技术内容、标准实施情况和标准实施效益三个维度构建评价体系,分析标准在我国个体防护行业中的实施应用情况,以期为下一步防护服标准开展制修订工作提供参考,为防护服产品质量的提升提供思路。The evaluation of standards implementation effect is an important method of standards implementation and supervision, and is a necessary link to realize the full lifecycle management of standards. This paper analyzes the implementation and application of standards for China's personal protection industry by evaluating the implementation effect of the standard GB 12014-2019, Protective clothing—Static protective clothing, building an evaluation system from three dimensions: standards technical content, standards implementation and standards implementation benefits. The paper provides reference for further development and revision of standards for protective clothing, and provides ideas for improving the quality of protective clothing products.
