摘  要:索承网格结构施工复杂,预应力索的张拉与结构相互影响,施工过程中结构变形与应力变化大,且结构体系不断发生转变,施工难度很大。文章以泰州市体育公园体育场为例,建立有限元累加模型,且考虑几何非线性因素,对索的预应力施加过程进行了详细动态分析,全面研究了施工全过程索及钢结构的力学响应,并对张拉工装及耳板等关键节点进行了有限元精细化模拟。结果表明,预应力索张拉及胎架拆除对结构影响较大,其应力及位移变化幅值均超过80%。提升工装及耳板等关键构件受力不均匀,应通过构造措施保证其强度和稳定性。基于施工仿真分析,可对钢屋盖施工方案进行优化,保证安全施工。The construction of cable-supported grid structure is complicated,the tension of prestressed cables and the structure affect each other,the structural deformation and stress change greatly in the construction process,also he structural system changes constantly,so the construction is very difficult.In this paper,taking Taizhou Sports Park Stadium as an example,the finite element accumulation model is established.Considering the geometric nonlinearity,the dynamic analysis of the cable prestressing process is carried out in detail.The mechanical response of cable and steel structure in the whole construction process is studied comprehensively,meanwhile the finite element fine simulation of key joints such as tensioned fixture and lug plate is carried out.The results show that the prestressed cable tensioning and the demolition of the tire frame have great influence on the structure,and the amplitude of the stress and displacement is more than 80%.Key components such as hoisting tooling and ear plate are not uniformly stressed,so their strength and stability should be guaranteed by structural measures.Based on the construction simulation analysis,the steel roof construction scheme can be optimized to ensure safe construction.
