摘 要:针对不同导叶高度起旋器产生的螺旋流,以出口断面的流速和动量为参量研究螺旋流的产生效果.采用数值模拟与物理试验相结合的方法,从出口断面的速度云图、断面速度分布区间、通过断面流体的动量、断面平均压强等方面,对不同导叶高度起旋器水力特性进行了研究.结果表明:随着导叶高度的增高,轴向流速相对低速区扩大,速度极值增大;径向流速影响区域扩大,径向速度值在-0.27~0.33 m/s;周向流速影响的环状区域面积沿径向扩大,极大值减小,但均值由0.13 m/s增大至0.30 m/s,速度分布更加均匀,强度更大;通过出口断面流体的周向动量与轴向动量之比η由0.07增至0.14,流量Q对η影响很小.该研究为起旋器结构参数的选择提供了参考依据.Aiming at the helical flow produced by hydrocyelones with diferent guide vane heights,the effect of helical flow was studied by taking the velocity and momentum of the outlet section as parame-ters.By means of numerical simulation and physical tests,the hydraulie characteristics of a hydroey-clone with different guide vane heights were studied from the aspects of the velocity cloud of the outlet section,the velocity distribution interval of the section,the momentum of the fluid passing through the section and the average pressure of the section.The results show that with the increase of guide vane height,the axial velocity relative low speed zone expands and the velocity extreme value inereases.Also,the influence area of radial velocity expands,and the radial velocity ranges from-0.27 m/s to 033 m/s.The area of the annular region afected by the tangential velocity increases along the radial direc-tion,while the maximum value decreases,but the mean value increases from 0.13 m/s to 0.30 m/s,and the velocity distribution is more uniform with a stronger intensity.The ratio of tangential momentum to axial momentum of fluid passing through the outlet section is η,which increases from 0.07 to 0.14,and the flow rate Q has lttle effect on η.This study provides a reference for the selection of the structure parameters of the hydrocyelone.
