离心式曝气机排出管对曝气性能的影响

摘  要:为了设计一种高效充氧的离心式曝气机,采用NX建立三维模型,使用FLUENT 19.2对离心式曝气机过流部件进行多相流VOF数值模拟;选用标准k-ε湍流计算模型和SIMPLE算法,并提出曝气机混合盘相对面积比δ的概念,即离心式曝气机混合盘面积与其排出口面积之比.计算结果表明:离心式曝气机布置排出管曝气性能较未布置有明显提升,在混合盘内含气量提升了47%,验证了布置排出管的必要性.进一步研究了曝气机混合盘相对面积比对曝气性能的影响.以曝气机混合盘内气体体积分数及转轮表面压力差作为衡量曝气机性能的指标.结果表明,离心式曝气机的出口流量随着混合盘相对面积比先增大后减小,在其比值为8.377时最大,出口流量达到16.617 kg/s,该结果可对离心式曝气机的结构优化设计与充氧性能的提升起到指导作用.In order to study and design a centrifugal aerator with high effciency aeration,NX software was used to establish three dimensional model,and FLUENT 19.2 software was used to carry out the:VOF numerical simulation of multiphase flow in the flow components of the centrifugal aeration ma-chine.The standard k-εturbulence calculation model and the SIMPLE algorithm were selected,and the concept of the relative area ratio of the mixing dise of the aerator 8,which represents the ratio of the mixing disc area of the centrifugal aerator to its outlet area,was proposed.The caleulation results show that the aeration performance of the centrifugal aerator with the discharge pipe is significantly im-proved compared with that without discharge pipe arrangement,and the air content in the mixing disc is increased by 47%,which verifies the necessity of the discharge pipe arrangement.The elect of the relative area ratio of the mixing disc of the aerator on the aeration performance is further studied.The gas volume fraction in the mixing disc of the aerator and the pressure difference on the surface of the:runner are used as indicators to measure the performance of the aerator.The results show that the outlet flow rate of the centrifugal aerator firstly increases and then decreases with the relative area ratio of the mixing plate,and it reaches its maximum with the outlet flow rate of 16.617 kg/s,when the relative area ratio i 8.377.The results can provide guidance for structural optimization design of a centrifugal aerator and the improvement of oxygenation performance.
