摘 要:对发动机液压可变气门机构的组成与工作原理进行了介绍,应用AMESim软件对液压可变气门机构进行物理模型搭建,分别分析电磁阀在200°、215°、230°、245°、260°凸轮转角得电时的气门位移、柱塞腔室油压、气门锁夹腔油压、摇臂与柱塞接触压力变化情况。气门位移关系到进气量和排气量,是液压可变气门机构工作特性的关键指标。针对油液含气量、油温、机油牌号三个关键因素,分析不同取值对气门位移的影响,为液压可变气门机构的设计和生产提供参考。The composition and working principle of the engine hydraulic variable valve mechanism were introduced,and the physical model of the hydraulic variable valve mechanism was built by AMESim software.The changes of valve displacement,plunger chamber oil pressure,valve lock clamp chamber oil pressure and contact pressure between rocker arm and plunger were analyzed respectively when the cam angle of solenoid valve was energized at 200°,215°,230°,245° and 260°. Valve displacement is related to the intake volume and exhaust volume,and is a key indicator of operating characteristics of the hydraulic variable valve mechanism.As to the three key factors of oil gas content,oil temperature and engine oil grade,their influences on valve displacement were analyzed,which provided reference for design and production of the hydraulic variable valve mechanism.
