摘　　要：介绍了传统电气安全管理措施存在的问题,从安全、可靠、高效、节能等方面出发,开发了一种智慧安全用电管理系统。这一系统结合传感器、信号处理分析、互联网、大数据、智慧云等技术,通过大屏幕、移动电话、网络客户端实现电力运行状态实时监测、故障预警,以及用电效率监测评估。介绍了这一系统的框架和结构,给出了故障数据处理方法,并分析了这一系统的功能。The problems existing in the traditional electrical safety management measure were introduced,and a smart and safe power management system was developed from the aspects of safety,reliability,efficiency,energy conservation,etc.This system combines technologies such as sensor,signal processing and analysis,internet,big data,and smart cloud to achieve real-time monitoring of power operation status,fault warning,and power efficiency monitoring and evaluation through large screen,mobile phone,and network client.The framework and structure of this system was introduced,fault data processing method was provided,and the functions of this system were analyzed.
